The hot plates have an interior and exterior made of stainless steel, offering exceptional durability. With double-walled sides and a stainless steel cabinet, they ensure structural robustness. Each 12″ section is equipped with 28,000 BTU burners with pilots, and independent manual controls every 12″ allow for precise temperature control. The ‘cool-to-touch’ stainless steel front edge, adjustable stainless steel legs, and easy-to-remove full-width crumb tray add to convenience. The hot plates are shipped standard for natural gas, with a conversion kit included, ensuring adaptability to different kitchen configurations.
